
Salon Policies
Appointment BOOKING Policy:
When booking an appointment at our salon, we require a card on file to secure your spot. This helps ensure your commitment to the appointment and respects our stylists’ time.
Cancellation Policy:
For rescheduling or cancellations, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the cancellation fee will be applied. This policy is in place to respect and protect our stylists’ time.

Late Policy:
Please try to arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.
If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible. In most cases, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your appointment.
We do our best to keep you informed if we're running behind and appreciate the same courtesy in return.

No Show POLICY:
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled services, and a deposit will be required for future bookings.
Please respect our stylists’ time—efficiency is essential for us to provide the best service and accommodate all of our clients.

SalonScale POLICY:
SalonScale is a backbar tool that helps us to weigh, track, and accurately charge for hair color. Hair color is one of the leading expenses in our salon.
Everyone's hair and end goals are unique and we want to be able to cater our services and prices to that. Please keep in mind that salonscale will be calculated on your receipt along with your completed service.
