SALON FAQ's

1. How early should I arrive for my appointment? Please try to arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.

2. What is your cancellation policy? We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This policy protects our stylists’ time and ensures we can accommodate other clients.

3. What is SalonScale? SalonScale is a backbar tool that helps us to weigh, track, and accurately charge for hair color. Hair color is one of the leading expenses in our salon.

Everyone's hair and end goals are unique and we want to be able to cater our services and prices to that! With SalonScale we can ensure you that you are only ever going to be charged for your time in our chair and the color used at your appointment. SalonScale also makes it easier for us to replicate your color at future appointments.

Please keep in mind that SalonScale will be calculated on your receipt along with your completed service.

4. How can I find out the cost of a service? Pricing varies based on the service and stylist. For a pricing estimate, please contact us directly.

5. Do you offer consultations? Yes! We highly recommend scheduling a consultation for color corrections, major transformations, or if you're unsure about what service is best for you.

6. What if I’m not happy with my service? We want you to love your hair! If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss any necessary adjustments.

7. Do you offer professional product recommendations? Absolutely! Our stylists will recommend the best products for your hair type and needs to maintain your look at home.

8. Can I bring in inspiration photos for my appointment? Yes! We encourage bringing photos to help communicate your vision, but please keep in mind that results may vary based on your hair type and condition.

9. Do you offer services for special occasions like weddings or events? Yes! We offer styling for weddings, proms, and special events. Reach out for more details and to book in advance.

10. Can I bring a friend, child, or pet to my appointment? To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you come alone unless you require assistance.

11. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options like Apple Pay. Gratuity is appreciated.​​​
